Sarıçam Turkey Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School is the first high school to implement an agricultural program in the ancient city of Adana, the locomotive of agricultural production located in the heart of Çukurova, the most fertile land of Turkey. TOBB MTAL, which started education in 2018, continues on its way with its expert teaching staff and enthusiastic students. The main mission of the school is to train human resources with the equipment needed at every stage of agricultural production, from soil preparation to harvest and threshing. Our students are prepared in accordance with the expectations of the sector by learning by doing and experiencing under the guidance of our expert teachers. In the student sector meetings held in this context, students come together with sector representatives, receive direct advice from the important manufacturers of our country and have the opportunity to see their experiences closely. Our school, located in Sarıçam district of Adana, hosts students not only from Adana city center but also from distant districts and even surrounding cities. Scholarship and internship opportunities provided under the auspices of our producers within TOBB and ATO are the best examples of school-field cooperation. Agricultural production, whose importance has been understood more recently, will be one of the most important issues not only for Turkey but also for the whole world in the coming period. One of the most important pillars of efficient and sustainable agricultural production is equipped human resources. The agricultural sector offers important career opportunities for educated young people.
